Yes! Yes! Yes! It's safety pins! Kazushi Hara experimented with safety pins for his senior collection. Why? Apparently he found them gorgeous whenever he saw them. Remember, Fashion is EVERYTHING!

He also had a hand in creating costumes for musicians and making accessories. I'm surprise I haven't seen Lady Gaga wearing this yet. I can see her wearing one of his pieces with a nude body suit for her everyday wear.
