[IT.ILY] Avantgarde Harajuku is your legs BFF

This is post will mark the first of IT.ILY series. Anything labeled under IT.ILY will be based on what I'm loving currently and things I expect to be a hit.It will my way of keeping track of things I feel like will be the next BIG trend. Look forward to random IT.ILY postings in the future.

Avantgarde Harajuku is the most influential legwear boutique in the Tokyo street fashion scene today. You can’t walk down the street in Harajuku, attend a youth-centric Tokyo fashion party, or browse a Japanese street fashion magazine or snap website without seeing someone wearing tights from Avantgarde. That’s pretty amazing, considering that the shop has been open for less than a year.

Black Milk gave us those gorgeous galaxy print and sexy suspender leggings.

Now Avantgarde Harajuku gives us a reason to wearing stockings other then for work, TATTOO Stockings!!!

Tattoo Stockings are not new but Avantgarde Harajuku recreated it to be fun, youthful, even sexy.

The difference between the tattoo stockings that was out before and what Avantgarde Harajuku created is the fact that they made tattoo stockings into a 'MUST-HAVE' item that can be expanded to the mass public.

Tattoo Stockings are not new, we saw bits of it in the past few years.
It's Avantgarde harajuku that upgrades it to another level.

They have a whole section dedicated to Disney character. Isn't Daisy Dock so FLY~? LOVE IT.

Safety Pin His Name! KAZUSHI HARA

KAZUSHI HARA's Bunka Fashion Graduate University Show 2011 Collection

Yes! Yes! Yes! It's safety pins! Kazushi Hara experimented with safety pins for his senior collection. Why? Apparently he found them gorgeous whenever he saw them. Remember, Fashion is EVERYTHING!
